About Dr. Micah Weisenberg

Your Dedicated Dental Surgeon

Dr. Micah Weisenberg grew up in Bowie, Maryland, with a strong passion for science and problem-solving. He went on to earn a BS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics from Towson University, with minors in Business and Chemistry. After graduation, he worked at the University of Maryland Biotechnology Institute, publishing several papers in applied chemistry and applied physics.

While he valued his research experience, Dr. Micah Weisenberg desired a career that allowed him to work more directly with people. He pursued dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he patented a novel intraoral scanning technology before earning his DDS degree in 2015.

In 2018, he relocated to Salt Lake City to continue research and development. During this time, he became heavily involved in complex patient cases and recognized a recurring problem: when patients were required to see multiple offices, miscommunication often led to compromised results. Wanting to provide more complete care, he pursued advanced training in implant and surgical dentistry.

Dr. Micah Weisenberg committed to an intensive path of advanced education, completing four to five times the average number of continuing education hours each year. His focus spanned all aspects of implant dentistry — including bone and tissue augmentation, treatment planning, complication management, and full-arch reconstruction — allowing him to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Recognizing his expertise, leading implant training organizations invited Dr. Micah Weisenberg to teach and mentor other dentists. He now shares his knowledge in FP1, FP2, and FP3 full-arch reconstructions and implant complication management, while continuing to guide doctors nationwide who are passionate about providing better outcomes for their patients.

At the heart of Dr. Micah Weisenberg’s work is a simple philosophy: every patient deserves a personalized solution, not a one-size-fits-all approach. His blend of scientific research, technological innovation, and clinical mastery allows him to design treatments that deliver long-term health, function, and natural esthetics.

Beyond dentistry and research, Dr. Micah Weisenberg is passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys RV trips into the mountains with his girlfriend and their dogs, trail running, and skiing at Snowbird — finding balance and inspiration in Utah’s natural beauty.
